International Performing Arts Festival for Young Audiences
Helsinki metropolitan area, FinlandThe Bravo! Performing Arts Festival for Young Audiences takes over the culture centres in the Helsinki metropolitan area every second year in March with its international and national high-quality performances for children, young people, and families.
The programme contains theatre, circus, dance, participatory theatre, cross-disciplinary art events, workshops, talks and seminars. The festival collaborates closely with kindergartens and schools of the area and facilitates cultural exchange in the field of performing art for young audiences. The festival performances offer jewels of performing arts to viewers from babies to teenagers.
The Bravo! Performing Arts Festival is organized in cooperation with Assitej Finland, which is an association of performing art professionals for young audiences, and the cities of the Helsinki metropolitan area. The festival was established in the year 2000 and is the biggest international performing art festival for young audiences in Finland.
